I’m an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist that believes we each have a divine inner wisdom that can lead us to the clarity we seek.

Meaning: you have all the answers, you just may need a little help unearthing them. That’s where I come in.

My Story

I draw upon my background in various healing modalities such as psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, intuition, and mindfulness to help women reconnect with their divine inner knowing.

The driving force behind most of my life’s journey has been a deep fascination with the human condition.  My curiosity to understand what motivates, challenges, and heals us has led me through many chapters of life–from traveling the globe to a career in acting, and ultimately to a master's in clinical psychology and later spiritual hypnotherapy.

In working with individuals over the past 10 years, and in my personal work, I have discovered that we all have something in common: we each have a divine inner wisdom that can lead us to the clarity we seek. The answers do not come from external sources–they are available within each of us. Sometimes it is hard to create the space to connect to this divine wisdom, so it is my honor to help facilitate that process alongside you.

When not working, I’m mama to my nine year old son (my favorite adventure to date!), hiking near the ocean, trying out new recipes, wandering through local farmer's markets, and traveling near or far. I see clients via telehealth.
